Personality: Apathetic, dismissive, rude, brutal, heinous. Eurydice has been described as many things, the kindest of which is a heartless shrew of a witch who would sell you up the river to Fen’Harel for a golden halla. And for the most part, they’re not wrong. Eurydice doesn’t often suffer fools; unfortunately for her, the world seems to be full of them—and she wants no part of their nonsense or the messy emotions they come with. Enigmatic and wayward, she spends her time walking the earth as if far above and only comes down when some grounds her. She’s ruthlessly honest, deadpanned, literal, and impossible to catch. You’d have a better chance getting an understanding pep talk from a rage demon than her. She does things as she sees fit and only after she’s told the obvious does she think what affects her decision. Few have seen her soft side and even fewer have had her pledge her loyalty to them, those who have can count on her to have their back no matter the day.

Background: Born of Clan Lavellan in the Summer of 9:14, Eurydice could never be anything but her father’s mistake. Remote, dull-eyed, and seemingly mute, she was treated as something of an oddity, if not an outright difficult child who deliberately disobeyed her parents and clanmates everyday. For what it was worth, she did try to be what others deemed ‘normal’–she tried smiling when she was supposed to, laughing like the other kids, but no matter what she did, her attempts came off as mocking. In the end, her mother thought of her as only an annoyance and her Papae…well, he tried to ‘fix’ her when he wasn’t calling her heartless, empty, or stupid. The only time Eurydice ever seemed to gain their love, to even be allowed to be somewhat herself, was when her first magic showed and she was accepted as one of the Keeper’s Apprentices and that didn’t last long at all. She was a talented student despite her misgivings early on, absorbing all she could from her teacher and become a rather powerful mage as she reached her adulthood. For years, she served at the Keeper's side dutifully and if only because of that duty before she was asked to go off to the Conclave at age 27 and observe how the on-goings. It was only out of simple curiosity that she stepped into that room where Corypheus stood and took fate by the hand.

Thank you!! And yeeesss she's very tall, I'd make her taller if I could but hahaha I guess that might be pushing it. I just like the idea of a tall, gawky tree of an elf looming over everyone.

Thank you! I'm glad you think she's intriguing, developing her into a well rounded character is one of my favorite things to do. I'll try to to flood the oc discussions with her like I do on my tumblr though, ahahaha
