| We're Looking for Fellow Staff Members!!
Are you friendly? Helpful? Tired of seeing salty discourse and wish you had the power to tell some people to shut the fuck up? Consider signing up to join our ranks as a staff member!
There will be three types of Staff Members:
Inquisitors - Admins who will help in updating the site and running the technical aspect as well as moderating the community interactions.
Wardens - Mods who will focus on conflict resolution and upholding the forum’s rules.
Champions - Community Managers who will aid the Moderators with the user base as well and act as a voice for the member community.
We are also looking for Mods specifically to run MLM and WLW Exclusive spaces, meaning that those sections will be run by MLM/WLW and will only involve MLM/WLW, so if anyone is willing to help out with that, we’d be very grateful.
Other Mods we need is for anyone willing to keep a pulse line on up and coming official Dragon Age New and update the forums accordingly and someone to watch over the Social Interest Lounge who understands the sensitive and importance of speaking about important social and identity-related issues.
Please only respond to this if you’re up for modding a community. We need a dedicated staff who are willing to work things out peacefully and have the time to do so.
If you are up for that, please reply to this post saying so. We will review whether or not you’re a fit for a position and contact you. |

Oh, don't worry about coding. Inquisitors are the people who handle that. Wardens and Champions might be better suited for you anyway. Champions deal with more talking to people about what they need and Wardens are for enforcing the rules. |

| Oh, good to know! I think I'd be interested in either, but I'm pretty good at communicating and talking to people, so a Champion would probably be ideal. |
