Other evanuris at least trying for redemption.

I have what will likely be a 100k story on ao3, heavily based around Justice/Anders and a reincarnated Sylaise.
Justice refers to the evanuris as spoiled children. Repeatedly. But tends towards urging her to do better... "And also there is injustice over there, go set it on fire."

For her part, given a bit of mortal perspective, she wants to do better... but setting things on fire in a huff sounds really fun.
